Administrative Assistance-Chesapeake Office(Part-Time 32hours)
A qualified applicant will have 1-3 years of customer service experience, Human Services preferred.Should be proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to handle a multi-line telephone system. You should be able to type/word process:forms, memos, correspondence and reports. Organizational skills are a must,you will be working with electronic and hard copies of files. Completing tasks in a timely manner is expected. Ability to use postage machine, fax, copier, and scanner. You will be in charge of ordering supplies when necessary. General office cleaning and other duties assigned by department director.
